    From the given question

    For production of 1 unit of Laptop technicians require 21 Hours

    Also given the learning curve is 78%

    So, to produce 8 units of laptops the time required by the technicians is

    L=0.78

    T1 = 21 hrs

    T8 = T1 (N (log L/log 2)) = 21 (8 (log 0.78/log 2))

    T8 = 21 (8 (log 0.78/log 2))
