Monica and her team have implemented IS successfully in an organization. What factor leads to successful IS implementation? Good between different departments in an organization leads to successful IS implementation.

    In most cases, for this decision to be successfully implemented the management would need to seek the opinions of the employees before finally deciding on whether the decision will be in the best interest of all.

    However, in cases where an organisation fails to get the perspective of its employees on a decision it wants to implement, it might result in a situation where employees would be unwilling to abide by the decision because they feel it goes against their interest.
