    1. Change management:

    This is the critical part to handle by the HR Professional. Human always worry or feel a discomfort when the change popped up. So it is the responsibility of the HR Team to provide before, during and after a change happens. It is the duty of the Team to arrange and organize training programs to "upskill" both hard and soft skills

    2. To develop and identify inspiring Leaders:

    Many candidates leave the organization mainly because of improper relationship with their superiors. So, it is the responsibility of HR team to build and identify the right leaders.

    3. Employee experience:

    Creating good employee experience makes people to shift to another employer. It might be based on salary, relationship within the organization, work place, etc. So bringing employee experience is crucial.
