Can you charge a kid with unruliness and truancy for being late in the morning to school multiple times out of a month? They sent a note to my dad saying he and I will be charged if I am late one more time, I am only 20-30 mintues late in the morning so it does not count as an unexcused? which i have only had three of the whole year so far and 2 medical. Can they do this?

Well using logic, they shouldn't be able to do that. However, all the courts, judges, police, and every other person on the School Board do not reason with logic. So, you might have to investigate that yourself. But my answer is: no they shouldn't be able to do that.
