Why does Earth have a liquid water supply and Venus does not?

B. Earth has moderate temperatures.

    This reason would mainly be because the "earth would have moderate temperature" as more Venus does not. When having the correct answer moderate temperature, this would allow for the water to be supplied. But, as for it not to have the correct and moderate temperature, this would then allow for it not to have to supply of water.
