To form ionic compound Metal should react with Non-metal.

    aluminum (metal) and oxygen (non-metal)

    calcium (metal) and aluminum (metal)

    fluorine (non-metal) and oxygen (non-metal)

    lithium (metal) and fluorine (non-metal)
