The word tid means that the drug given 3 times a day. The drug needed is 214gr/day, so the doses per use would be: 214gr/3 = 71.33 gr

The tablet you have is 34gr/tablet. Then doses of tablet per use would be: 71.33gr / (34gr/tablet) = 2.10 tablet.

You will need 2 tablets per use, 3 times a day. That will be 6 tablet/day. For 30 days supply it will be: 6 tablets/day * 30 days = 180 tablet.
