An example of a chemical change would be a cake baking. A chemical change is a change that involves the formation of new substances having new set of properties. This change is always accompanied with a chemical reaction werein the bonds in the reactants are broken and new bonds are being formed in the process. Baking a cake involves the reaction of multiple susbtsances in the presence of heat. Other choices above are all examples of physical change wherein the nature of the substance is not changed and it is only the form or the phase of the substance is changed.
