Oxygen is very reactive, meanwhile, nitrogen is unreactive. We can make use of these chemical properties to determine which is oxygen and which is nitrogen.

One test is called the glowing splint test. Besically, we lit up a splint, blow it off but make sure it still has a remaining glowing but not burning fire on it. Now put the glowing splint in both bottles.

If the glowing splint relights into a burning splint, the glass should be oxygen. If the glowing splint goes off completely, it should nitrogen. This is because a fire requires oxygen, and the rich supply of oxygen in the glass bottle can relights the spint. However, nitrogen is unreactive and cannot provide the necessary elements to relights the splint.

And here's how you can determine the 2 glass bottles.
