    500 uL

    Explanation:

    Our stock is 25 mg/mL. This means for every mL (1000 uL) there are 25 mg of lysozyme, and we need 12.5 mg.

    So 25 / 1000 uL = 12.5 / X

    X = (12.5 mg x 1000 uL) / 25

    X = 500 uL

    We need to add to our solution 500 uL of the lysozyme stock.
