    First, we have to put this information into a ratio

    40 = 400

    60 = x

    Cross multiply (40*x) = (60*400)

    40 x = 24000

    Divide both sides by 40

    24000/40 = 600

    Therefore, a gas has pressure of 600 atm when heated to 60C
