Accuracy is a term which describes how close to the real measurement our measurement is; while precision is a term that describes how close are a group of measurements one from another, or how close one from another are the measurements that an equipment does.

A precise measurement means that the equipment or measurement method gives always values so close to the previous value (similar values across the time), which means that for a specific measurement, the measurement results will be always so close between them; but of course, it does not guarantee that the results will be close to the real value in fact (The results can be precisive, be so close between them, but have every one an important error).
