    [H3O+] = 2.88*10^-12M

    pH = 11.54

    Explanation:

    pOH = - log[OH] = - log[3.5*10^-3] = 2.46

    pH = 14 - pOH = 14-2.46 = 11.54

    High pH means that a solution is basic while high pOH means that a solution is acidic,

    Hence the solution is basic
