    Water Forumula: H2O

    Carbon Dioxide Formula: CO2

    So I'm going to guess the question was baking soda with water

    NaHCo3 + H2O = NaCo3 + H3O

    Hmm, nope that's not it.

    Maybe it meant decomposition

    NaHCO3 = Na2CO3 + H2O + CO2

    In which case it would be Carbon Dioxide
