Answer: Apple juice is a homogeneous mixture.

    Explanation:

There are two types of mixtures:

Homogeneous mixtures are defined as the mixtures that appears uniformly throughout the solution and the particle size or shapes are not different. Heterogeneous mixtures are defined as the mixtures which appears non-uniformly throughout the solution and the particle size or shapes are also different.

Apple juice is a homogeneous mixture because the juice appears uniform throughout and no phases between the particles is seen.

Hence, apple juice is a homogeneous mixture.

If you mean the industrialized apple juice then yes. Even though there are several different compounds and some of them aren't actually dissolved in the liquid, since you can't actually distinguish between them using only your eyes and they do no separate naturally it is actually a homogeneous mixture.
