    2.8 mol·L⁻¹

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1. Convert grams to moles.

    Moles NaOH = 83 g NaOH * (1 mol NaOH / 40.00 g NaOH)

    = 2.08 mol NaOH

    2. Convert millilitres to litres

    V = 750 mL * (1 L/1000 mL)

    = 0.7500 L

    3. Calculate the molar concentration (c)

    c = moles/litres = 2.08 mol/0.7500 L

    = 2.8 mol/L
