    Rutherford → Nucleus

    Rutherford in his model of an atom proposed that in an atom positive charge is concentrated in the center of an atom with he named nucleus and along with that also told that whole of an atom is also concentrated in the nucleus of an atom.

    Bohr → Electron energy levels

    Bohr in his structure of atom explained that electrons revolve around the nucleus in fixed orbit or shell or energy levels. These energy levels are stable and are stationary along with different energy value.

    Schrodinger → Electron cloud and orbitals

    Schrodinger proposed the mechanic model of atom in which he defined the location of electrons inside an atom by electron cloud in 3-d space. To define their location he introduced concept of quantum number.
