The volume of a fixed mass of of gas is inversely proportional to its pressure as long as temperature is kept constant.

P = k / V

P₁ * V₁ = P₂ * V₂

v₂ = (p₁ * v₁) / v₂

V₂ = (5.0 * 7.5) / 4.0

v₂ = 9.375 ≈ 9.38mmHg

The new volume of the gas is 9.38mmHg
