The flat and sandy fields are fields where there is water, the surface is even more mirrored, less thick they usually have and when faced with an increase in temperature, they evaporate more easily.

Also keep in mind that clay, unlike other soils, transmits much more heat, which is the reason for its drying and rapid evaporation in the case of small bodies of water.
