What would you use if you needed to measure the volume of an object?

    It depends on the object.

    Volume is 3 dimensional so you would need 3 measurements.

    If you want to find the volume of a rectangular prism, you need length, width, and height.

    If you want to find the volume of a sphere you need radius because the formula uses r^3 which are the 3 dimensions.
