What environmental conditions contributed to the heat wave experienced in Europe and caused thousands of deaths in France?

    Polluted water and sewage because the water is what everyone drank and bathed in which made it dirty and polluted and by drinking it many people became sick. Sewage was also thrown into the water and throughout the streets which made living conditions very bad, these two incidents caused many deaths because of disease caught through the water.
