Are each of the equations Ca+CL2=CaCL2 and Zn+Ag2s=ZnS+Ag balanced? Why or Why not?

    Ca+Cl2 = CaCl2 is it balanced?

    Yes. It shows 1 Ca and 2 Cl atoms on each side.

    Zn+Ag2S = ZnS+Ag

    No. It shows 2 Ag atoms on the left but only 1 Ag atom on the right.
