Noble gases will not bond with other atoms because of this reason?

    The valence electron ring is full. The ring has 8 electrons already.

    I think that the answer is that they already have the maximum number of atoms and so they cannot give or take any electrons from other elements to make them ions. This is why nobel gases won't bond with other atoms
