Does anyone know what this quote means

    Answer:that poverty to a large extent is also a state of mind. In some cases that is how a person thinks. And it is only one component that contributes to being poor. It's a factor and a part of poverty can be a state of mind. Some people approach things differently based on their frame of mind. People should understand that a person who has the most to do with what happens to you, is you.
