when you drive, your attention should be 100% on the road and your surroundings. If you just got into an argument your attention would be more focused on what just took place with your sister rather than the road. This can cause you to, for example, run a red light or miss a stop sign and get into an accident.

When you are driving you should be 100% focused on the road, and when you get into and argument, you will be more focused on what just happened. That's why you shouldn't drive right after you get into an argument.
