Explain the concept of dramatic irony and describe how Homer uses it in the scene in which Penelope meets the beggar.

    Dramatic Irony is when the reader knows something that the character dose not. Penelope does not know that the beggar is her husband, but Odysseus knows that she is his wife. He can not tell her that he is Odysseus.
