Romeo"s best friend (Mercutio) - Funny, witty, loyal. Depending on the individual reenacting him in the play, they have created him either a dream-like and a lost in fantasy man, or a sarcastic man. However, in both plays he is the comedic relief, tear starter (when he dies), and amazingly intelligent.

Juliet's Cousin (Tybalt) - He's easily angered and quick to start a fight. For pretty much all of the play, he is bent on revenge. He's a strong and capable man, but it all goes to waste when all of his energy goes to fighting his "mortal enemy".
