A bit of B and D but if you have to choose one I would do B.

Personally, I think the correct answer is B.

It is important to vary activities often to avoid becoming too tired or bored with one same activity. Rewarding yourself upon completing a certain part is also relevant because you will be giving yourself incentive to continue working more.
