Why does the old fortune teller say that Santiago's dream is difficult to interpret? (p. 12-14). Why is Santiago suspicious of her?

    She say’s that his dream is difficult to interpret because she’s never heard of The Egyptian Pyramids, and the dream could mean nearly anything. Santiago is suspicious of her because he does not believe that such a vague interpretation could bring treasure to him.
