What happens to the surfaces of bodies without an atmosphere and no erosion?

    If there's no atmosphere and no erosion than the surface of the bodies remains the same, unchanged. The atmosphere causes the erosion, be it mechanical, chemical or organic (indirectly), and all of the erosion types cause the surfaces of the bodies to change their forms over time because they break them apart, either in small or big pieces. So once the atmosphere is non existent, the erosion is automatically non existent as well, thus the surface of the bodies remains as it is.
