    Adobe blocks were readily available.

    Explanation:

Pueblo constructed their building using adobe blocks from the walls of each room and the central courtyard because the adobes were readily available. Every floor was build with a setback that lay below it. This was so because of the building a resemblance to that of a stepped pyramid. The architectural form that made the roof in each level was accomplished traditionally by use of wooden ladders using staircases.

Most pueblos of residential groups were made of extended families, and the building was essential in their respective houses.
