But Uranus, though still larger than Earth, and visible to the naked eye for someone who knows what to look for, and where, is still seen as just a tiny speck. If this planet suddenly became much more visible in the night sky, without the need of a telescope its because the Earth's time of rotation has increased the exposure to Uranus, and thus mean that we would have an 8-day week, instead of the norma 7-day one.
