Is it possible for a city to be located at 115 degrees South Latitude and 25 degrees West Longitude? Explain.

    No.

    90 degrees north is the north pole

    90 degrees south is the south pole

    Therefore nothing can be more north/south (have a latitude of more than 90 north/south) than the poles.
