The anti-federalist opposed the Ratification of the constitution because the New constitution

Anti federalists opposed the constitution because they believed that the state governments should have more power than the national government. They also wanted a bill of rights to be included in the constitution. It is because of the anti federalists that the bill of rights was added to the constitution later.
