    The answer is all of the above

    Colonial states begin in 1600s.

    Beofre 1971, the noone under 21 years of age were allowed to vote, so option A is correct

    women obtain voting rights in 1920, before that they're not allowed, so option B is correct.

    C. Poll taxes has been banned after 1910,

    The right to vote for freed slavesobtained in 1870, option D is correct
