When the supreme court hears a case, how much total time are the sides allowed for arguments and to answer questions from the justices?

    Each side has 30 minutes to present oral arguments and answer questions from the judges. In the Supreme Court, everything is already given in written form and the judges have had time to look at the information and arguments.
