I am writing an essay on is the constitution is a dead or living document. i need about a half page more. any arguments about why it is a dead document and about why it is a living document i can write about?

Its a dead document in my opinion, its just used a reference every now and then for the government when they do something good but when its a violation there is nothing spoke of it its just a rough outline to abide by and is subjective to the person making the laws
