The Great Compromise offered a two-housed (bicameral) legislature. The House of Representatives would be elected by the people. The number of House representatives would reflect the population size of the states. The Senate would have two senators from every state regardless of size. true or false?

    True, Senate takes two, House has seats based off population, Thats why California is such a power house with reps.
