    It does justify the one-child policy.

    Explanation:

    Environmental concerns like air pollution, water pollution, and overcrowding are all due to humans. Factories, cars, coal powered trains, etc, are main reasons for air pollution. Water pollution is extremely bad because humans keep littering or throwing trash in the water. Overcrowding is too many people living in a place. If the one-child policy was presented everywhere, much of that could decrease.
