Which of these was the least commercial crop for the Middle Colonies?

Corn

    Well tobacco was a Cash crop which made a lot of profit, Wheat was used a lot to make bread and other sorts of stuff, and I'm sure corn was made into feed for cows or ate, Back in history I don't remember hearing anything about beans. So I would say beans is the most logical answer : D
