The Charter of Rights, on the other hand, is a symbol of American democracy and freedom. Therefore, we can say that the two documents are related. Throughout history, unfortunately, many fundamental human rights have been violated. This time we will mention two post-World War II cases, the Bangladesh Genocide in 1971 and the 1995 Srebrenica Genocide.
