    The Independence that Americans bought after the Revolutionary war included huge joy followed by the consequences. The war led Americans to kill Americans in huge numbers.

    It divided the people into Patriots and Loyalties. Patriots were the American people fought against the British and Loyalists were the American People supported their support to the British.

    They traded with the British, even they paid taxes and followed the rules passed in the British Parliament.

    During the war, some of the Loyalists showed their allegiance towards the crown. This act of choosing sided had divided the families, neighbors, friends, cities, and towns.
