In order to protect the lives of the American troops (as the president Truman did it for real) I will choose to drop the newly develop atomic bomb on Japan with the collateral damage of killing hundreds of thousands of Japanese. I choose this option because the troops have been deploy for several years, the war had last more than people have thought and the army men are tired. Some of them have been fighting since U. S. A. declares the war to Japan after the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941. The year now is 1945 and the war in the Pacific is costing thousands of lives from the both sides mostly because of the great proud and fierce showed in the Japanese warriors and its culture of never surrender. A prove of this behaviour is what the american transaltors have called Kamikazes, they are japanese pilots that sacrifice theirself crashing they planes onto US ships as if they were missiles.

Military experts sustained that if the war continues this way, struggling to win ground so hard untill reaching the island of Japan, the loss of lives will be monstrous from the both sides. They had also advice me that we possess a new type of weapon know by the name of atomic bomb that can stop the war in a matter of seconds. It is hard for me to make a decision because the lives of thousands of people depend on this but I have to do what is best for our troops so I order to launch the bomb on the province of Hiroshima in Japan and in the case they don't surrender with the first. Launch another on Nagasaki. It's the only way it seems possible to get to an end of this horrifying war.
