The best that describes what World War II internees faced when they returned homes is Property damage and discrimination, because due to the Pearl Harbor attack, the president Franklin Roosevelt decided to stablish an executive order to determine military zones inside the U. S, that became a foundation to the people relocation and the 110,000 Americans of Japanese ascendancy, where it was ordered that all decendents of japanese origin people had to present to civilian assembly centers, whereby all of that people had to leave their businesses, houses and farms since 1942. And when they returned homes in 1945 almost everybody found their homes, businesses and farms vandalized with anti-japanesse discrimination messages and broken windows, among others damages.
