Hunter-gatherers would move place to place to obtain their meals. Settlers of early farming would stay in one place and would wait for their crops to grow before harvesting. The settlers would build long lasting structures to have as shelter where ad hunter-gatherers would live in caves or in hidden areas in the forest. Hunter-gatherers lived in small groups and settlers stayed with a community of people.
