    President George H. W. Bush's New World Order espoused in a way where he used it to define what the world would look like after the Cold War, a world where he hoped there would be a huge collective power between countries, that was one of the biggest powers the world had ever seen. He used this often and it was a very detailed view of the New World Order, but restricted, which he used during his foreign policy for his relations with the Soviet Union and the Gulf War.
