    B. Racial Violence and Segregation African American patriotism were not regarded after the World War I due to the racial discrimination to the Blacks. Their White commanders doesn't usually recognize their efforts in the war. Although most African Americans were not present in the actual combat, their efforts in the French territory was highly regarded by the French after the war.
