What did Bartlett claim Hitler would have done if Chamberlain had "stood firm" and not pursued appeasement? What, if any, evidence did Bartlett offer to support this claim?

    Barlett explained that if Chamberlain stood firm and did not pursue appeasement he could have won the war. Germany was not of good military standing that time, Hitler no longer has the support of his people which weakens his authority to lead.
