I believe the answer is B. Quebec. The French influence in Quebec is still known strong until now because their means of communication is in French. Though Quebec being the second-most popular province in Canada most of their population uses French language.

The right answer is B. Quebec. It's a province in Canada where the majority of French speaking Canadians live. Also, French influence is noticed there in architecture, traditions, habits and overall social life. This is understandable, as Quebec was former New France.
