What is Lysander saying in this scene?

I am, my lord, as well derived as he,

As well possessed. My love is more than his;

My fortunes every way as fairly ranked,

If not with vantage, as Demetrius'.

I am just as good a match as Demetrius.

I am more handsome than Demetrius, so Hermia should marry me.

I love Hermia and Demetrius doesn't.

I have a higher rank than Demetrius, so Hermia should marry me.

    He's saying his love for Hermia is stronger than Demetrius' and he deserves her love. he is a more viable candidate for marriage than him.
